RAPID PROTOTYPING (1-2 DAYS)

  • Learn the advantages of building, testing and learning in the real world vs. endlessly planning, analyzing and debating internally on a real challenge linked to your business KPI. 
  • Generate a high number of key learnings on a specific challenge in minimal time 
  • Come out with prototypes that address an actual customer or stakeholder problem

HOW TO TEST IDEAS AND PROTOTYPES WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS -  (1-2 DAYS)

  • Learn best practices for testing a new product or feature
  • Design an end-to-end user test, including setting objectives, identifying the best target audience, recruiting, fieldwork, debriefing 
  • Run the fieldwork among a subset of real customers
