SUCCESS METRICS

According to Tom Chi, co-founder of Google X, rate of learning is the measure that best supports behavioral change in teams that lead to a thriving innovation culture, replacing old outcome-based measures. The number of key learnings per week is the main metric. 

A key learning is a qualitative insight into your users from actual observed behavior that leads to a material change in the way you do business - for example, by improving a prototype.
